We had no idea this resource even existed. We were told about it from a PT at the hospital. I emailed one morning and we heard back that same day (within probably 15 minutes) and had a call that morning and then met Clay that same day! He was a wonderful resource and helped set up appts. for the next day or so to visit assisted living facilities. He was with us every step of the way and helped us beyond expectations. We found a place for our mom and Clay followed up with us and continues to check in. Resources like this are so important and so beneficial to those of us who are in over our heads! When I had to find a home for my wife they were most supportive. They searched and forwarded likely facilities that suited our needs. When I had a tour and conferance schedualed for Fallbrook Woods in Portland, Craig Lennon showed up to assist. When Craig and Ann Lennon had not heard from me for a while they would give me a call to see how things were going.
They put the care in CarePatrol.
The patrol staff was personable and helpful. I learned lots about assisted living and how best to find care for my mom.

Marty listened to all of our concerns and what we were looking for when deciding on a place for my mother. He followed up and checked in to see how things were going while we were waiting for her to be released from rehab after breaking her hip. Without Marty, I am not sure how we would’ve navigated all of the information and the process of finding a place.
My mother is over 100 years old. During the months that she was visited, she was very pleased with both the level of interest and the advice she received.
