Mr. Towery showed great compassion and care during our journey to find the proper memory care home for my wife, He was very knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough in discussing options, facilities, and steps in the process. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way. He asked questions about my wife's needs, abilities, and mobility. He determined the initial care facilities to be toured and scheduled the necessary tours. He explained what I should look for when touring these care homes. He encouraged me to ask questions about any issues about which I had any concerns. Care Patrol has an exceptional representative in Al Towery. If all of your representatives mirror Mr Towery then Care Patrol is an exceptional organization. I am most grateful for every thing that Mr Towery and Care Patrol have done for my wife and myself.

Ken Knudsen and his team were very professional, organized, and communicated in an effective manner to help us transition my mother to assisted living. Karen Mixon assisted us with tours for communities to help us make the "just right fit" decision for my mom. Our phone calls were answered in a timely manner along with assistance for a moving company. Ken and Karen both followed up each step of the way until decisions were made and my mom was moved. Within two weeks, Karen was checking in with me to see how my mom was adjusting. Additionally, Ken has sent text messages to see how she is doing as well. My sisters and I have been extremely pleased with the services and support Care Patrol gave us during a difficult time when decisions had to be made about a loved one. I would highly recommend their services at this time. A nice group of people who really care about their clients.

We were in desperate need of help with our parents who both have dementia. We all have full time jobs and were not able to be with them 24 hours a day as needed. We had run into a dead end with their physician trying to get assistance. Someone recommended we reach out to CarePatrol Midlands. WHAT A TRUE GOD SEND FOR US!! They were able to help us find care for our parents. We moved at our pace and when the time came they helped us find the right place for our parents to be placed. We are thoroughly pleased with everyone we have dealt with and all of the work they have helped us with.

Hi ... I worked with Lisa (I don't know her last name). She was very helpful and led me to The Palmetto at NHC Mauldin, SC. I was really in a desperate situation (my mom had a stroke, she was at rehab and then denied acceptance back at her AL). I really needed a facility that had all levels (AL, MC, rehab, SNF). Lisa found NHC & there was an opening! Mom moved there Oct 12. It has been great - the people are friendly, and mom has adjusted well. I am SO thankful for Lisa & NHC Mauldin. I will recommend Care Patrol to others.

These people were my guardian angels in helping me get my brother in an assisted living facility. They had good advice & suggestions & made me feel comfortable to ask questions & "spend time" with me. Also, very compassionate because my husband had just died a few weeks before- so they even listened to that story. Darlene Murphy ( in Columbia I assume) is who I was fortunate to have been the person who called me & Al Towery ( Greenville - Spartanburg area) was my local advocate & I had the pleasure of actually meeting him. He's the best!!
Everyone is caring and compassionate. They really listened to the needs of my parents and provided a great list of options to explore. They have continued to check in all throughout this process to assist with all aspects of moving my parents into an assisted living facility.
I liked the way they reached out to me almost immediately to see how they could help from my initial contact. As I was talking with the Director of the facility that my family eventually ended up moving into, CarePatrol was also keeping her up-to-date on all the important moving parts.
