I heard about CarePatrol from a social worker in the ER at Lexington Medical Center. From the beginning, I felt they understood what I was going through and would help if able. From information to suggesting rehabs to tours to checking on us, our experience was WONDERFUL and I have already suggested them to many people over the last few years!

Susie was great. My Dad's needs changed from assisted living to memory care. She helped me find a place as I live in another state. Communicated and answered every question i had. She facilitated a virtual tour with the facility and paperwork was sent the same day. Susie even checked in with me after my father moved into the new facility. Very thankful for Susie during this time.
Everything from start to finish
We were at a point with my mother where we didn’t know where to turn for 24 hour care. I met Ken in the hospital and he helped educate me with my options. After that, I was informed enough to be able to make a decision regarding her care. Johnsie helped us tour a few places and her suggestions on what to look for helped us immensely. With their help, Mom was placed in an assisted living facility where she’s happy and secure. We can’t thank them enough!
This was the 2nd time I worked with Care Patrol. The first time was with Deb in the Charlotte area. I reached back out to her and let her know my mom was relocating to Summerville area, she referred me to Johnsie. Johnsie, our Care Patrol guide, took us out in a hurricane to see senior housing!! Talk about commitment to her craft! She really loves what she does. We found the perfect place for my mom at Summerville Estates thanks to Johnsie and Care Patrol!

Al Towery was great to work with. Al helped me move my mom down from NY into an independent living apartment and then recently into an assisted living facility. He was there throughout the process, consistently making sure I was comfortable. He sat in on meetings as well. I would recommend Al to anyone needing similar assistance.

I called Care Patrol when I was in a crisis situation with my parents. I was fortunate enough to get the kind and compassionate Amy Goodman on the other end. She listened to me cry for about 30 minutes, and then she started helping me sort out the confusion and come up with solutions. Amy stayed in close contact to let me know what the progress was, and also to check and see how my parents and I were doing. The caring and empathy that Amy showed was exactly what I needed during this trying time. Long story short, due to Amy’s expertise and much-needed assistance, my dad was placed in a memory care facility last week, where I’m hopeful that he will get the care he needs. I have already recommended Care Patrol, specifically Amy, to several people who are looking for this kind of help.
Personal and quick service.
I went on one tour - ONE TOUR! That's all it took for me to find the perfect place for my parents to go. With having a quick diagnosis of dementia and downhill slide for my dad, and my mom being diagnosed with dementia at the same time, the past several weeks have been hectic for me. Al made this process easy and seamless for me. He met me at the facility and we toured together after talking with the Executive Director. We then sat and talked with her more after the tour. The facility I chose is older, but they have renovations planned, and it doesn't looked dated. The people were awesome and all had good personalities. I can't say enough about the support Al provided me during this whole thing, from the time I toured until they were there, and I can still reach out to him if needed. I highly recommend CarePatrol of Upstate SC.

I like that CarePatrol took away alot of the burden in finding assisted living facilities for my grandfather and was very responsive to questions.
The amount of empathy and support received from this company was unmatched. They made the process of finding a care home painless and easy. Not only do they care for the soon to be residents needs, they also listen to the families/caretakers who are very often neglected and judged during this process. It was a very emotional time for our family when we were faced with the fact that our Uncle needed more care than we could provide after complications from horrific gallbladder surgery. Johnsie was truly the angel that we needed. She guided us through the process of touring and selecting the facility that fit our Uncle's needs the best. She assured us that what we were doing was the best for him and gave us hope when we felt like we were running out of it. Johnsie was caring and honest when we needed it the most. We are a tight knit family and she knew we were struggling. After we moved our Uncle into Lakeside Place, she called to check not only on him, but to check on US. She is a true earthly angel! Luckily, this ended up being a short term stay for him but we will undoubtedly call her if the need ever arises again. I highly recommend her and her team.
