My journey with Theresa and CarePatrol started over 2 years ago with a tour and conversation. When I decided it was time to move my mother to assisted living, Theresa found us the perfect place for my mom based on her needs and her budget. I was overwhelmed trying to find the best placement for my husband. Theresa was kind, patient, sympathetic and extremely helpful as I navigated this emotional decision. Lisa was an invaluable asset to have to help guide my family through a difficult life changing event. Lisa and her staff were so kind, caring and always available to answer any questions we had. They always made us feel as if they had our moms best interests at heart.
Invaluable! Lisa was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process for our Mother. She quickly setup appointments and we visited multiple properties on multiple dates. With her guidance we chose a great Independent Living facility that was a perfect fit! The experience provided made it much easier and comfortable for our family. Dave Roesser was great from beginning to end. Putting a loved one into a memory care facility is stressful. He helped identify the right facilities in close proximity to my house, helped me understand the benefits of some facilities over others, went on tours with me annd even checked in with me after he moved in. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a senior care facility for a loved one.
Theresa Dow did an outstanding job assisting our family to explore assisted living communities in the Wilmington, Delaware, area for our aging family member. Her knowledge of assisted living residences and what might be the best fit for our family member was exceptional. Her caring disposition, timely communication, and help at every turn made it possible for our family to secure an assisted living community that fit the needs of our loved one within one month.

Care Patrol was very informative and professional throughout our memory care journey. Scott was attentive and communicative every step of the way. He provided information and never impeded our decision making process.
Theresa was super helpful. At a time when I was uncertain about how the whole eldercare system worked, she gave me honest, straight, answers. She took the time to understand my father's situation and found solutions to fit his needs. She continues to help me navigate the system through various transitions. I trust her to give me all the information I need to make good decisions about my father's care. She is also just a lovely person.
Greatly appreciate the time, patience, and guidance the Scott provided. Helped me find a suitable residence for my parents. Also put me in touch with someone to provide medical transport and moving/downsizing.
