I can strongly recommend Ralph in placement of a loved one. Have a family member with Alzheimer's and he worked patiently with her reluctance to leave her home for the safety of assisted living. In December, my brother’s wife was hospitalized, and then needed to move into a bed and board facility when discharged. Three weeks later, my brother had a seizure and was hospitalized. He recovered, but then determined he should move into assisted living.
In both cases, Reza identified facilities that would meet their needs and budget, accompanied family on tours to see the accommodations and meet staff, and guided us to select the best facilities to match their needs. He then followed up to make sure things were going well.
At each step, Reza was compassionate and professional. He patiently answered our questions, offered suggestions, and made these highly stressful transitions manageable for us. I highly recommend this service.

Jason, with CarePatrol of Eastern Idaho, was extremely helpful in guiding our family to a care facility for our elderly mother. He helped us explore options, set up and guided a tour, and did a lot of back and forth phone calling with the hospital case manager and facility directors. He has a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about helping families place their loved one in the right new home for their next phase of life. He even made follow up calls to check how things were going for our mother in her new residence. I highly recommend you call Jason if your family has any question at all with regards to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Care facilities.

Tracy has been a marvelous person to work with. She set up the appointments and took me to them. She gave me a nice sample of what’s available in assisted-living places. She help me pick The Ivy Of McKinney and I wish I’d done this sooner! I’m very happy here. The service is fabulous, food is great, and most importantly, the residence are bright informed and wonderful to visit with. They’re also lots of wonderful activities here.
