I am an older man … this was was the third bike shop I’ve stopped in…. All the other ones did not want to be bothered with an older person… Chris was very helpful and took time to help.

Bike are good quality but the rims seem to bend easy. But took it in and they straightened the rim and made other adjustments to the gears. Great place to due business with.
