Nikki Murray runs the most amazing Youth program we have ever been involved in. The membership and front desk staff are so helpful all the time and Davis Family Y is the best place to be for programs and summer fun!

Beautiful, clean facility. Helpful staff. Good variety of activities and programs to choose from in order to enrich your physical, mental or social health. Nice environment to learn new things. Welcoming atmosphere for everyone from babies through seniors.
Love the Silver Sneakers program and the heated arthritis pool. The individual shower and dressing rooms need attention though.
That there are plenty of machines in the exercise areas. Very little waiting.

Active Older Adult Fitness classes are very beneficial. Linda watches everyone to make sure they are using proper techniques throughout each class. She offers a wide variety of stretches and exercises to match participants' abilities in her classes.
