What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love swimming in the beautiful lap pool followed by a soak in the hot tub. Swimming the breaststroke is good for my back and I swim laps 3-5 days each week. I like the Christian vibe at the YMCA. I like that the place is full of families of all types and stripes. Diverse and inclusive. Some fellow swimmers have special needs. When I was a girl growing up no blacks were allowed to swim in the Northside Pool. Later only blacks swam in the pool. Today I saw a family that appeared to be Muslim as the mother had on a hijab. To me swimming at the YMCA is not only good for my physical health but also for my mental health. I believe Jesus would have welcomed everyone into his pool. The staff is friendly and seems to have high morale.

I like that it’s family orientated and that I could bring my family and I can still do my activities as an adult and have a safe mind that my children are attended by Well educator staff

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have all these loved that anyone can go to the Y since I was a kid. The board man YMCA is a very nice set up and most of our family belongs to the Y. But in this crazy world if the way goes woke and it’s not careful with you, they share the facilities with, then, as a Christian and a follower of God, we will all stand together and do everything in our power to bring this to an end. Either we all stick together and follow God‘s RAW or the people in charge need to go , starting from the top. Thank you.
