The various activities and workouts, self directed but assisted by staff when needed.
The staff is so nice and informative and available. I always find equipment that I can use. I love the variety, my children can use the game room they play basketball they lift weights.

Classes and a great outside track to walk all year - weather permitting
I am retired, my job is at the Y, 6 days a week. I totally enjoy the Y. I just wish that they wouldn't be shutting the pull down so many times.

Facility - varied devices
I love my classes that I take at the Y. The instructors are great and I have met some really nice people.
They have classes for a variety of times throughout the week.
I really like the drums class. Allie does an amazing job. I would like to see a class another class.
