We took our two year old for a cut not knowing what to expect as he's only gone to kid specific hair salons.
The coordinator was a bit uninviting but it didn't affect our experience with Ross, he was very polite and patient with our son. He asked what we were interested in doing and also kept asking along the process if everything seemed good.
I've personally have gotten my hair cut at Floyd's and the experience is hit and miss, but I'm glad my son had a great one this time around. We will be going back to Ross for his future cuts.
