I really like how quick the service is. The app is easy to navigate through and easy to create an appointment. Once you have an appointment, you meet with your barber and they provide a high-quality service. Amber is my barber, I’ve been using her for more than three years. I feel like she is very professional, and has made recommendations for products that have improved my hairstyle. Really enjoyed getting my haircut here highly recommend anyone.

Amber was professional and gave a quality haircut. Had some bad experiences with terrible haircuts and rude service at the UCF location (Linda) and a bad cut at the Oviedo location (Melissa). Amber apologized on their behalf which I appreciated. I will be back to this location

Friendly and great quality cuts
Very good haircut. Am 80y/o so music a little loud but am also hard of hearing so that was no problem. Maybe every 10th music selection could be a doo wop or a 50s classic. Probably wouldn’t be a turn off for your regular customers?
You probably don’t have that many customers my age and older so my suggestion might not be good for business.
Meg always does such a great job on my boys hair and takes her time to get it looking fresh. She’s so respectful - always asking me how short I want it or if she should take more off. She cuts my husbands hair and my my children’s fathers hair too! We love her!
