The booking experience is fantastic, including bios on stylists. I always choose the same person—Amber. Because no matter how good the rest is, it’s the skill of your people that makes the experience.
My only real issue is that lighting is horrible and inconsistent. It makes it difficult for your stylists to see what they’re cutting. Any time I’ve had to come back for a touch up, it’s because something was missed by the stylist and me due to bad lighting.
I love the atmosphere, my stylist (Ryan B), and I have never left there disappointed with a haircut.

The vibe is great, the music is great, the hot foam shaved neck is fantastic. Love the hot towel after the hair washing. Amber, my stylist now is outstanding. The previous one I had at the Mills location was no good. I’ll keep going to Amber forever.
