FRIENDLY STAFF at the Irvine location! I feel much more comfortable at the Irvine location than some of the other locations. I also enjoy the hot shaving cream for the back of the neck and the hot towel for the shampoo service.

Vanessa was very good at making sure she understood what I wanted and kept checking in with me as she cut my hair to make sure I liked it. I got my hair cut from long hair to a Bob and I absolutely love it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and my experience at Floyd’s was very nice too. She was very friendly :)
