My guy Mike is always friendly, consistent, and quick. I trust that he knows what I want and always does a good job. I am not too happy that you will be raising your prices, after shortening appointments and stopping the neck massage.

Jenny P is my stylist and I love how “attention to details” she is! I’m anal about symmetry, especially with the short, short hairstyle I wear (think Jaime Lee Curtis, but thicker). She takes her time to make sure it’s textured just right and it’s even all around.

The only thing I have some “issue” with, and it’s with all locations, is how loud the music is played. I love the music they play, I even listen to the Floyd’s radio station at home while I work. But is it really necessary for the volume to be turned up so much? It makes it difficult for people like me to converse with the staff. I have Parkinson’s which has greatly affected my ability to project my voice and I have to strain in order for them to hear me. Maybe think about knocking the volume down a notch or two so everyone can be heard? 🙂

Otherwise, no complaints!

The people are always fantastic, and they take me seriously when I say that a haircut is my spa day. I always walking out feeling like a new person.

Really expensive though. Although I understand the costs of running a business, $35 + tips is a very high amount to spend each month for a 15mn haircut.

Jenny specifically is the best stylist I've ever encountered throughout the many many years I've been a costumer with Floyd's. The attention to detail and care of a repeat customer is obviously important to her from what I've experienced. She's the only stylist I've had at this location but the other stylists I've had at other locations could use a refreshment on skill and quality of care the way that she embodies herself professionally. Always the best cut with Jenny at Floyd's!
