Amazing staff, Crystal is the face of the office, very cordial and timely response to inquiry. Jen, the owner is everything that you want, kind, knowledgeable and open to answering all questions without making you feel stupid! The rooms are quite Zen, and create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The procedure is thoroughly explained and Jen strives to keep you in absolute comfort throughout. While they have products for sale, there isn't any pressure and aggressive upsell, which I truly appreciated. I will be back, and would encourage anyone to not hesitate to enjoy this health benefit.
The staff at Healing Waters of Raleigh is very professional and the environment is so pleasant! When you first enter you take your shoes off and enter into a relaxing paradise. I enjoyed my hydrocolonic! This was my first experience and I was a little nervous but the staff was very nice

My experience was very pleasant & relaxing! Upon entering, I was cheerfully greeted by the receptionist, Amelia and Hydro-Therapist, Jen. I alerted them I’d be running a little late, and instead of rescheduling me they kindly ( and surprisingly) accommodated me!!!
Jen took her time and talked me through every step of the colon cleansing process. She was so gentle and pleasant. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return soon!!

It was a very good experience. I was a bit anxious but having done the closed system was much more enjoyable. Dr. Darlene ROCKS!
The ambiance put me at ease immediately. The lady was very attentive and obliging. I think my session may have been cut short but am not sure.
They are very friendly and helpful. For my first experience I was well informed about my treatment and during each step. I will be back for additional visits.

This was my first colonic and I'm glad I selected Healing Waters as the facility to conduct the procedure. Dr. Holloway was excellent in easing my anxiety by explaining the procedure, the after care and the products needed to ensure colon health . Jen was so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. She was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations on things I could do and foods that I could eat to help with the symptoms that I was experiencing.

I am very thankful for the experience I had today at Healing Waters. I had been recommended by my mother, who had her experience elsewhere, but we are now vegan and in need of a fresh start. My anxiety was instantly relieved once we started and I felt so taken care of. I would like to highly recommend booking a session here to anyone who has struggled with detoxing due to a sensitive system, being unsure of where to start or the effects of constantly changing diets. We went over each step and the tools that would be used in great detail and if you are looking for somewhere that is very clean and comforting, this is the place to be! I will definitely be back! It was personal but comforting. Really got my questions answered and it was great over all.
Practitioner (Dr. Holloway) listened carefully to my questions and issues, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The clinic was clean and welcoming.
