I enjoy the friendly environment and welcoming staff when your first enter the door
Place is super clean! My only feedback was about parking, the lot was FULL and I almost turned around to go back home, I decided to stay and notice that the cars in the lot didn't belong to the people in the gym. Someone should look into who is parking in the lot. There were only a handfull of clients vs the number of cars parked.

I have been to couple of fitness clubs. They sucked, but I really appreciate the staff here. They go the extra distance for their customers. They greet you coming and going and I absolutely love that. I don't think they are just collecting a paycheck.

The Ford City location has the cable machines that I like to use. It is also extremely well maintained. Employees are cleaning one area or another most times that I am there to work out. I left a prior gym because it was dirty. I appreciate the encouragement for patrons to wipe down the machines after each use. The supply of disinfectant and paper towels is ample.
