Front desk lady was very nice, The product I needed they did not have on hand so they would have to order it. That was fine. But then I got a phone call about 1/2 hour later that stated they found a peace I was looking for. That tells me they took the extra time and looked around for something i could us. Nice work

I run a machine shop, when a job comes in that needs a special material, and usually just a short piece, metal supermarkets usually has a piece, sometimes a drop, or can cut off a chunk and I can get it that day or the next. Its a good resource.
