The stainless steel that I ordered was delivered on time and to the size and quality that I requested.

On my second visit I placed my order online and it took a few days to process and supply what was a very small order. I would have preferred if the materials had been available on the next working day.

I like they way there is no minimum order, and the people at the store (ordered online) are great when you collect what you want meaning the don’t mind how small the order is.

The thickness of tube that I was after was unavailable. The person that called me said that he had tried everywhere to locate it but had failed. So I chose a thinner wall, which arrived the next day. The conversation took place promptly, was very much to the point and was courteous to a degree rarely encountered these days.
