The warm friendly atmosphere. The totally relaxed feeling as you sit in the chair of the stylist you have selected. Their services are done with practiced efficiency while you the customer don’t feel rushed, but relaxed. Products and services are offered, recommended, but never pushed, the choice is yours as to what and how your style is accomplished. Always a great experience. If you have a favorite stylist, I would recommend calling the shop for an appointment that fits within your schedule. Do NOT use the online booking, it NEVER works properly.
Kai gave me the best last minute fade I’ve ever gotten! I was in town for work and needed a cut the evening I arrived. Floyd’s Richardson took care of me plus more !

The atmosphere and energy of the professionals there is great! Laid back, interesting and enjoyable. The expertise of the barbers/ stylists is top quality and I haven’t had such a nice haircut in a long time. Thank you Autumn and everyone that made it a good experience.

Cherri was absolutely amazing. I have a lot of trauma surrounding haircuts, and they were incredibly encouraging and accomodating. I started the haircut nearly shaking from nervousness, and ended it smiling and laughing. With their help, I've cut my hair the shortest it's ever willingly been since elementary school, and I feel incredibly comfortable with it!

We love Desiree! My 6 year old is a little squirmy with haircuts and Desiree is always so calm and patient with him. She checks in with him regularly to see if he's doing OK. And the best part is that her cuts are amazing and always exactly what my son is looking for!
