The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me right away when I showed up in person at their location to drill holes and cut metal to the correct dimensions. Deliveries were fast, and they also helped carry heavy pieces into the workspace. Great experience overall!

We had a tremendously positive experience working with the Metal Supermarket Team and associated suppliers throughout the Design and fabrication process.
We stopped by the warehouse in Gateshead with a vague notion of what we were looking to achieve – A large metal display to clad an internal chimney breast for our studio space.
Their style of communication is very collaborative – we soon got a sense for what was possible, what would be involved, material/finish, timescales and how much the project was likely to cost.
Certain aspects of the Design could not be done in-house, but these guys were able to outsource to get the job done! They even helped organise a team to come on-site and fit the parts in-situ. Cracking job, especially considering the size and weight of this thing!
We’re impressed with their patience, work ethic and most importantly; the quality of the work.

What a fantastic company! Polite and helpful on the phone, ordered some tubing cut to length and had it ready for me within an hour (at around half the price of a competitor who would take a week). Amazing stock of every kind of metal and experienced staff to give advice. Strongly recommended!
