First, the service from Chris is excellent. Few companies I deal with are as helpful, knowledgeable or professional.
Second: your inventory is excellent.
Third: Metal Supermarkets can "cut to length". That is a huge benefit to me as we don't have metal cutting capabilities other than limited gas cutting.
Fourth: I can buy in small quantities. This makes it possible to quote jobs that we would otherwise have to decline.
Fifth: I don't have to drive to some place else to get what I need.
Sixth, you respect your customers - by that I mean you understand that you need to put a lot of effort into running a business.

Seventh: Metal Supermarkets has never given me a reason to go anywhere else.
