We were one of Gas Inc first customers when they came to town back in 1986. we have had great service ever since. Now we have our daughters house with Gas Inc, and we have our business with Gas Inc as well. Can't beat these folks.

Didn’t make a mess out of the landscaping and fixed the level gauge in my tank. Couldn’t ask for better delivery or service
I need propane to keep warm in the winter and especially like the pre-buy program where I can purchase propane in the summer when my cash flow is better. I'm elderly and on a fixed income Also it is ready available for delivery.
However, this year was a real problem. Because I am elderly, I can't lift the lid on the meter to check level and have to rely asking different people to do it. Not sure they are reading it correctly. This year that happened and when I finally got someone to read it correctly, I was at 10% on the coldest week of the year. I called to immediate delivery and was told it would be a week or more unless I paid a $250 emergency delivery fee. I had no option but to do that and it really put a hit on my cash flow.
A suggestion: For elderly clients who use pre-buy, it would really help if someone in the office would monitor their winter account to be sure they have an adequate supply for the winter. And possibly erase or reduce the $250 fee.

The guys came out to service our gas fireplace and took the time to clean our logs, blow out debris from the pilot light and put it all back together before giving it a successful trial run. They were nice and courteous.
Came out when nobody else would. Very friendly driver. I highly recommend them
