The staff at Judd & Sims/Gas Inc., Dalton GA, have always been very good to do business with. Whether it's a visit to the office or someone coming to our home. They're very knowledgeable and courteous. But somewhere in corporate the scheduling of deliveries is lacking efficiency. Example: our requested delivery was delivered on 08/25/21. The driver wanted to know where our second tank was located. He said his order reflected we had two tanks needing filled; we only have one. Then on 08/31/21 a driver in a Judd & Sims truck arrived to fill our tank. I told him it was filled on 08/25/21. I felt for him because we had received 4 1/2" rain that morning and he was trying to deliver a delivery that wasn't needed.
The other driver of the 08/25/21 delivery must've been from Calhoun LP/Gas Inc. I would think that duplicating deliveries increases the business expenses which is thus passed on to the consumer. Gas Inc should be as efficient as possible to keep cost down as much as possible. We enjoy our gas logs but don't use them as much as we would like due to the cost. I'm sure we're not alone in that dilemma.
Please make note in our file that when we place an order we want all of our deliveries or services to come from Judd & Sims.

I use LP gas for water heating, clothes dryer, and heat. I’m not only a customer but also a employee for 36 years, transport driver so I rarely see them unless I have need for something and then they are here to handle my needs. Love the benefits of gas energy, especially the tankless water heater that only uses energy as you need it and never runs out of hot water even when my teenage granddaughter’s come for a visit lol they put my Rinnai water heater to the test with long showers and it performs flawlessly even though it’s 19 years old. Good company, dependable products.
