Well to start, you folks provide service after the installation. I’ll be blunt, America Gas was out for themselves and we were tired of dealing with delays in talking to and hearing back from someone in their organization.
I hope Stiles / Superior Plus Propane never becomes complacent and throw their customers to the curb. Time will tell, but so far we’re happy with you folks. And always remember you folks are a team, that cares about their customers and each other.

Stiles is very good about keeping our heating oil tank full. The couple of times that we used far more than we generally do, they were great at coming out immediately so we wouldn't run out.
