Convenience, you are so close. Knowledgeable staff. If I'm not sure what I need, they help me figure it out.
Whenever I recommend Metal Supermarkets, the first reaction is "if you want to pay through the nose". But you give us trade pricing, and we find them reasonable.
I've also heard comments from others that your staff are not friendly, but I sometimes wonder if those who find them so, aren't friendly themselves? Whenever I call, I always ask whoever answers the phone, how they are first, how their day is going etc, before I get to what I'm after. Never had anything but the best service from all of your staff.
