Look, I'm not a huge fan of net promoter scores or giving feedback or what have you... but once a decade I'll do it. And my first experience with Metal Supermarkets qualifies. That is, it was perfect, super quick turnaround, exactly to spec - and what I received works flawlessly. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. My phone request for material was rapidly and pleasantly quoted, I was told the material was on hand, and the quote was good. It was late on Friday, Jan 23, around 4, that Theresa emailed me the invoice, and I picked up the metal half an hour later. Couldn't have been better! Thanks to Theresa and her team!
