But what impressed me was how quick and willing Branden the assistant manager was at resolving my issue and providing a new piece of metal promptly. He delivered outstanding customer service in helping resolve the issue and excellent communication. I would expect with this level of work ethic and pride in one’s job to advance later on to manager.
