The thing that impresses me the most is the quality of service. Everyone from the person taking the order to your employee helping carry steel out to the vehicle are courteous, friendly and respectful.
It sounds odd, but businesses don't teach good sales and service edicate to employees anymore, especially those that deal directly with the public.
I can tell you for certain that it's not by chance that everyone at metal supermarket goes out of their way to help and is a pleasure to deal with.
Oh, I should also mention your selection and pricing are great as well.

I like how even though I am just getting into the hobby of metal fabrication and doing small projects and only need small quantities, the staff are always willing to help me, and answer my questions without leaving me feeling like I wasted their time.
