Easy going, fun loving dance for little ones. Only problem I have is with how crowded the waiting area gets with people. It can be warm, crowded& really, a buzz kill for such a neat place.

I like Ariel, the teacher of the two classes my children attended. She has a great combination of professionalism and approachability that is inviting and comforting for both parents and children. I observed her weaving clear focus with humor and fun into her classes which is a wonderful skill.
The teachers are all patient and sweet, the classes are low pressure and my daughter seems to really enjoy them. I also really appreciate that we are able to make up classes that we miss.
Very age and gender appropriate ballet and tap class for a 4 year old boy! Megan Meyer is fabulous!
Like it that the class is separated from the parents for the 3 and 4 yo- modem parents tend to helicopter their kids (probably my even myself) overheard one parent bragging about how her 4 yo was "excelling at dance" which just made my stomach turn- so that would have to be the only negative- some of the parents are a bit intense
I like that it's a low stress environment with quality programming and friendly teachers.
We love teacher Ariel in Oakland! She's amazing. Our 3 year old adores her dance classes and her. We also did her birthday party there and it was perfect. We recommend you all the time to our friends and share about Kids n Dance on Facebook constantly. Thank you!!!!!
Fosters sense of fun and imagination. Teaches dance fundamentals without breing overly rigid - thus very age appropriate. Love miss sophia! Such great energy!

I thought it was a great environment for my socially-shy 21-month old. There was enough activity and bustle that she was encouraged to explore and have fun. The beginning part of the Parent & Me class was probably the best part for her, when she got to try out the gymnastics equipment. She was a little more hesitant during the group activities, but it was just enough to get her out of her shell. She couldn't stop talking about the stamp on her arm afterward.
