We are fans if The class and Miss Maitland. It’s a prefect mix of fun playfulness and ballet learning. My 2.5 year old is loving it. We did Maitland clas at the Orinda community center previously.
The frozen class with Maitland is awesome! She is so engaging with the kids and totally making it a ballet experience for them! So fun and something to break up the day. Thank you Maitland - you are awesome!!

Low pressure on the kids. This is the perfect activity for my second daughter who thrives when the environment is not too strict or intense. She would prefer to push herself. She adores Maitland.

My daughter has done summer camps for several years, and she loves that there is a real onstage performance at the end with microphones, costumes, etc. She also likes the swimming in the afternoons. She just started the online writing class, and after one class she’s super excited and engaged. It’s very well organized.

The writing class is very age appropriate and the handouts seem to really support learning. My daughter has been doing the homework the same day she gets it.

My great grandchild has performed in several
plays, spent school holidays doing day camps, and now an online zoom dance class. She has had a wonderful time & become more self-assured, Although she’s only, she has quite a resume! Kids & Dance provides many opportunities for a child to develop theatrical skills: acting , costumes, singing, memorizing lines, appearing in public. It’s a fine program.
The theatre classes are awesome. The productions are amazingly professional for a kids production. Everyone gets a chance to shine. It’s great.

Enrollment is quick and fairly priced, and it's easy to access classes in person or on Zoom. Teachers are engaging and class material is varied and fun. The menu of classes is broad and I appreciate the care in scheduling that tried to fit busy families' schedules. The store also is a great resource with everything needed for dance or the next kid's birthday party we are attending. Overall it's wonderful and fits our needs perfectly. The only area that could be improved would be more automated ways to view calendars online for initial scheduling and for rescheduling/switching sessions.
