Very efficient, quick response
My order was for a small piece of metal. I called in to collect it and it was just what I wanted, friendly staff, let my wife and I shelter in store while it rained cats and dogs outside
The guys are so helpful with any questions and requests when buying materials
Even though I only needed a small amount of metal tubing to use as towel bars for my upcoming bathroom renovation, the guys at the Mentor, OH Metal Supermarket took my request as seriously as if I had asked for 1000 linear feet of metal tubing. The took the time to find the right size and cut it for me, on the spot. Very friendly and professional staff. 5-Stars!
Staff was very helpful and service was quick - I was able to receive my purchase while waiting in the store. One piece was slightly out of tolerance, but a new piece was cut while I waited. There's a great selection of offal on the racks in the store.
