We had a negative experience with a brand new stylist a few months ago, and the manager pinky completely went above and beyond to fix the situation and provide excellent service in the future. She made my son feel comfortable, gave him free products, three free haircuts in the future to fix things and make sure he was good going forward. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I always go online to make my appointments and I have never been disappointed with the service I receive. If your stylist Jannell is not there on a given day I'll wait until she is there to make my appointment. She is an absolute professional and a courteous individual.

Excellent service! Excellent people working at this location. Excellent haircut. My only issue is that the payment "box" is sometimes wonky. Last time I used it, the credit card chip reader didn't work and I had to swipe the magnetic strip of my credit card. Very shortly after my credit card number was compromised and fraudulently used. I had to get a new card. My card number could very well have been compromised at a different, unrelated, location. However, swiping the magnetic strip is the least safe way to pay for something, from a skimming standpoint. Not accusing. Just want the manager to check their payment credit card machines.
