Busy night at the store. Walked in and could've been cut immediately, but I requested Crystal after a good referral and my normal stylist was not there. Waited a little over an hour to get to Crystal; she was highly requested that night. The cut was worth the wait, and now I can see why everyone was requesting her. Did not get the MVP because I was there long enough. No complaints.
