I was looking for a place to get my haircut after my barber decided to retire. I spent a year looking for someone to replace him. I went into Sports Clips met Crystal and now have referred five people to her. She is the manager and is always on top of things. She remembers customers names and preferences...that to me is excellent customer service. I don't go anywhere else. The last time I was in the chair she noticed a wheelchair bound elderly gentleman who had just recieved a haircut and was waiting in 100 degree weather, crystal went to check on him and get him out the sun. Good haircut better person

The environment, the atmosphere, walk in and never have to wait that long. Notes are always on file, so I don’t have to explain everything each time.
