Granddaughter was struggling in math. She’s entering 5th grade and falling behind. School finally started 1 tutoring session , 40 minutes, at the end of the year. What an abysmal failure. She wasn’t responding to us teaching her either. Then we found Mathnasium. They discovered the gaps in her early math education, are filling them in to enable her to do grade level. She doesn’t necessarily want to be there but she’s responding to the teaching. Great staff and tutors also.
Great program and place with a wonderful team. My child’s math knowledge has improved greatly boosting her confidence a lot in math class and during testing. Every single person she’s worked with was very good and helpful. They teach math the fun way, which is not easy to do at home. She loves going to Mathnasium, and we love seeing her smile doing math work. We feel that the more knowledge our child gains , the better prepared she is moving forward. For us, Mathnasium program is worth every penny!!!

My child's basic skills got stronger.
Despite our daughter doing well in math class, it was clear she was missing some fundamental concepts. As she is in 7th grade and doing 7th/8th grade math at school, we wanted to help her cement those foundations needed for more advanced math. Since starting mathnasium she has greatly improved in strengthening skills and math fluency. She enjoys the tutors and surprisingly loves the one hour sessions without feeling burned out. It's the right amount of support and she is mastering the learning plan laid out for her in the beginning. We are confident she will do well on her testing this year thanks to Mathnasium!

My son is 13 and to say he was stubborn about learning math would be an understatement. He decided too long ago that it was hard and he just wasn't going to try. Fast forward through some frustrating years following and we realized we had to take action. Mathnasium had already assisted our older children in the past so we turned to them again. Our son's outlook on math has flipped completed and he has now requested to double up his sessions during the remaining weeks of summer. The tutors have been amazing and there are a couple he has really developed a rapport with. I honestly didn't think it was going to be possible to change his mind about math, but Mathnasium has done just that. His confidence is building and he is finally starting to retain the information he is learning. My husband and I could not be more pleased with his progress and would absolutely recommend Mathnasium to anyone who asks.
