Ian is the best instructor. He makes you feel comfortable if you are a beginner and can still kicks your butt if your more advanced. He is very welcoming.

What do you like about our services?

I like how I feel after yoga. By that I mean how it relaxes and cleanses me, but I still get a great work out at the same time. I do wish there was a greater variety of class times on the weekends. A lot of Clifton yogis are students and a lot of us work on the weekends, so it's difficult to make it to the classes offered in the morning when that is when many of us work. If there were just a few from about 4-7 that would be amazing and I bet many people would go. A greater variety of class times in general would be much appreciated.

I love that the environment was serious about yoga, and at the same time not judgemental if someone failed at doing something! I felt very welcome and at ease to try something new!

I love the aura! I love the friendly vibe you get when you walk into the studio, and how clean everything is! Even the locker room is spotless, not to mention the studio. Very great place to do yoga and connect.

I like that it's a very clean and inviting environment, and the people (at least who I've met so far) are really nice and helpful, especially to a newbie like me! So far so good!! :)
