Leslie is an unbelievable teacher. She combines the meditative spiritual aspect of yoga with the physical work out as well as any yoga teacher I have had. I also love Beth's teaching. I plan my week around Leslie and Beth's classes. Beyond that, the vibe is welcoming and friendly. Occassionally, I am disappointed by the heat/humidity. Modo CINCY has more reliable heat and humidity. But again, I can't say enough great things avout Leslie. For me, she is a gift.

The atmosphere feels like a cocoon giving me a hug before I start my practice. The tone for mediation is set upon entering. Positive energy seems to emminate and flow through each individual and the environment. Modo Yoga is a great way to to begin your day and recalibrate your priorities.
