The Y is one of our biggest assets in the Valley. It is a safe haven in a challenging world. All the staff are friendly. I can exercise, swim or play cards. I can leave prayer requests at table. Brandon prays with us after water aerobics. There is not a thing to dislike

There is something for everyone no matter what age you are or physical ability. I am using the machines to regain strength in my legs. I hope to join water therapy soon.
Everything is run safely and communicated to all members a wide range of activities for all ages Thank you
The sauna needs fixed. It's either 145 or 185 or 160 or 150 or 170 and my poor feet are burning up on the tile. You should move some of those nasty mats that are in the men's showers to the floor in the sauna.
There is a big variety of programs and activities to participate in. The staff are friendly and helpful.

i like everything about what the ymca has to offer .
They are family oriented and some for people w/disabilities. Not just a gym but a family center that provides for all.
The facility seems very well kept and always has activities available for my family. I have really enjoyed coming to work out and swim!
Love seeing the children enjoying themselves and showing kindness & respect to one another. I witnessed a little boy sitting alone and another little boy in a Superman T-shirt walked up to him and asked, “Are you ok? Are you hurt?” The little boy sitting alone said, “It’s my first day and I don’t have friends here”. Then Superman responded, “I’m your friend, let’s have some fun!” And they walked quickly to the Family Adventure Center.
The YMCA is a great place to raise your children. They can grow up in a safe, fun, and exciting environment!
I like that programs are geared for specific exercises. It seems there is something for ages
Variety and ability for any age to find something of interest
I am really enjoying the classes I have taken so far; jump stretch and boot camp. The instructors do a great job and are very welcoming and encouraging and are very helpful during the sessions.

I like the group exercises because they are fun and challenging. I wish there were more scheduled times of the m/h intensity workouts.
