The Boardman YMCA is a real gem in our community! They offer many fitness classes and have great instructors. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly and inviting. I love the Silver Sneakers affiliation with the YMCA. It's the best!
The programs provide my son the opportunity to interact with other children his age.
Variety
The ymca is a friendly place to exercise and meet new people. The staff is friendly and there are many ways to explore new activities and artistic opportunities
The friendly and knowledgeable staff, great equipment and the wonderful people that belong.
The people are all so friendly and helpful from the one's at the front desk to the people upstairs in the exercise rooms to the office staff.

I ❤️ MY YMCA…there are so many classes to participate in on land and water ! I’ve also learned to play pickleball which is my newest favorite activity!! Meeting nice people, acquiring new friends …staff is always pleasant and helpful
The Y personnel are friendly and helpful; the facility is clean and well attended. Lots of equipment and space.

Terrific classes with amazing instructors.
I love starting my day with our Central Y at 5am! Our front desk staff rocks and the gym mates have a good time and care about each other’s progress. There are amazing early morning classes that many take advantage of and I love being a part of this YMCA Family.
The water fitness classes
Amazing Competitive Pool, i.e. water quality, below surface lighting and the recently completed ceiling system. Appreciate the details of locker room shower updates and certainly the cleanliness.

Stuff for all
The Central Y has the most welcoming and diverse membership and programs and opportunities for youth and adults alike. Of course, Al Leonhart's water aerobics classes are second to none for providing an optimal water workout especially for seniors . He plays the very best music to inspire vigorous movement and encourage expression of vocal skills. So much fun!!!

Gary in the HFC is an outstanding employee. My hats off to him for what he does.
The therapy pool is a golden treasure to those of us with health issues.
Please find a way to carve out more hours of availability.
Please staff lifeguards to assure it can be open when scheduled. It is always the first pool to close if a lifeguard is not available
GREAT PLACE FOR A WORKOUT WITH OTHERS WHO QUICKLY BECOME FRIENDS. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WIFE AND I HAVE MADE MANY NEW FRIENDS WHEN WORKING OUT AT THE BOARDMAN YMCA. FACILITIES ARE VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED FOR ANY AGED PERSON.
