Jump Stretch, Yoga, and the aerobic exercise machines.
Everyone is friendly and they multiple machines even busy there is usually something you can find to get on and the low impact chair classes. They have something for about anyone no matter what kind of shape your in.

Don't know what home 360 is
Jump stretch classes Monday Wednesday Friday are great and the APCenter has everything. Free weights and the weight machines work well and are modern. Bathrooms are clean. I don’t use the pools or locker rooms so I can’t comment on them. Basketballs and main gym floor needs to be upgraded as there are many “dead” spots on the floor.
Can you add red light theraphy to the downtown ymca mens health fitness center? And cold bath plunges in the back room with the old whirlpool tubs? Members would pay more for this service.
Gym and weight room are excellent and well equipped. There is plenty of alternate stations for stretching and exercising. Locker room is spacious. Sauna is fabulous.

Davis Family Y is truly a great facility. It's really an asset to the community and has so much to offer pretty much everyone -- men, women and children.
