It’s a great place to go to work out alone on the machines, go spinning, or if you prefer, take group classes, or play a game of pickle ball. You see a variety of ages there, from young adult to senior. Nice to have such a nice facility nearby.
Everything. From the cardio room upstairs, to both pools and the hot tub. My wife goes to many of the morning classes. And we are able to take the grand kids there often.
Go to the Y pools daily. It is very good for my health and mind.
Volleyball

Not only do you stay in shape, you meet some really nice people. The staff is very friendly. Clean environment.
Knowledgeable people that run the programs and activities. There to assist if needed.
I'm not in any program yet , but I like to go to the sauna, and walk around,
A lot of available services with various time slots.

The variety of weight equipment and saunas as well as friendly environment
The instructors are patience and caring when they work with my grandson. The instructors celebrate with him when he accomplishes big and small steps in his swimming lessons progress. Their actions are helping him build his confidence both in and out of the water. My grandson went from barely wanting to put his face in the water to blow bubbles to diving for swim rings. Thank you, YMCA swim instructors.

I enjoy the company and friendships of everyone in the class. I enjoy the interaction with the teachers and their commitment to teaching. Every teacher we have is pleasant and enjoyable.
How one on one it is
My son started out telling Mr Lou that he was scared and didn’t want to put his head under water or even his eyes. By the end of the first class you could see the confidence. He’s now in his 10th lesson, and he’s mastering all of the things they’ve covered. Best part is he loves it and wants to jump in.

We love it! The instructors are so good with the kids, and the price can't be beat. We'll definitely be signing her up for the next level of swim classes! Great job :)
