I really enjoy the variety of exercises that Pilates offers. Each instructor does a different workout class. Also, some instructors are harder than others- I like the hard classes!

Easy to sign up for classes, instructor did a good job monitoring me at my first return class (3 years), equipment is flexible based on core strength, studio clean.
I had a class for the first time in McLean today. Mikayla tailored the class to many of us with limitations so we did several repetitions of exercises focusing on core, breathing and correct movement of arms and legs. I benefited so much more from this class than some of the other Level 1classes with a group of women , younger , stronger.
I love Jordan and some of the other instructors. I get so much stronger in areas that really matter in my body.
