I was very nervous about coming to see Dr. Partain & discuss my tinnitus. He immediately put me at ease when he verified that you can pronounce it either of 2 ways!!!

His easy manner…friendly, reassuring & kind way immediately made me feel that I could trust his opinion of my condition and the best way to manage it. He also shared his own history and how he wound up studying to be an audiologist.

He listened to all I said & gave me verification for coming to many of my own conclusions which he agreed with. And of course..the impact of COVID these past 2 years which have so affected my particular case…found it’s way into our conversation.

I feel confident that I will be able to manage this condition with Dr. Partain’s guidance.

Dr. Mark Partain Is knowledgable and has a pleasant, unhurried manner. His offices are small but adequate, and the office staff is very responsive. I like the large parking lot and the fact that the office is close to downtown Highland Park as well as the expressway.

Over the past year Deb has listened closely to the various issues and I have had in adapting to my hearing aids. I have been very happy with my new devices but like most tech oriented products it takes awhile to experiement with the many alternatives they provide and to find the ones that suit my particular preferences. Deb has always been helpful in making suggestions, adjusting/offering different cone to best fit my ear canals, pointing out the variety of settings available on these devices.

Kristine is the ultimate professional. She is thorough and explains the hearing issues in a manner that is easy to understand. In our last session she gave me concise information that I can use when I meet with my physician and my cardiologist.

She is personable and sincere with her patients.

The office is always efficient cordial to patients.

Kristine is/was wonderful. She checked gave info on my husband’s hearing aid and what to watch for after her adjustment. Mine was fine of course 😉
We had a question about my husband’s balance. The info she gave us on what to watch for, log and discuss with his cardiologist was clear, concise and very understandable. She also invited him to immediately let her know, to call if the difficulty isn’t taken care of by her adjustments.
We appreciate her care and caring.
