It’s not crowded!
Everybody is friendly, there is plenty of equipment for anybody and all types of equipment to use. Take your pick of any kind of class that sparks your interest. And in the back you have your large pool and most anything else you can imagine that you would want in a club. It’s just the best fitness place you can go to.

Although I’m sure the sanitation and cleansing of of the bathrooms are work in progress.
This location is spotless, alway a cleaning woman there mopping and the floor is spotless. Weights are put away and the staff is always very friendly.

The gym is clean and equipped with functional and clean equipment for all aspect of exercise I needed. I also especially like that there is a special sauna room for female only.
I do like the variety of amenities, however I do think you could expand areas so that we are no so cramped during the busy times. For example, you can definitely expand the Body Fit area. Also more weight and cable machines because there is always a wait to use them and most of the time are not able to use them due to lack of availability. For what you charge, you can do better.

I like the cleanliness of the facility, as well as the quantities available of each machine. I don’t find myself having to wait, or wait long, for any machine/item.

Yoga class instructor is great! Staff are friendly and gym is clean. Not overcrowded.

I enjoy the classes and I love the club atmosphere. I also like the stream room and hydromassage.
I love the happy greeting as you arrive and if you have a problem they are so will to get right on it, to solve it or find answers. The pool classes with Nikoloas are a good workout!!! and the one on one with my personal trainer Alisha is the best. I’m learning about new equipment I can do and It’s nice to have a shower area and clean lockers.
