Quiet, spacious, never have to wait to use machines.

Not too busy at the times that I go. Front Desk staff is awesome (especially Racquel), Olivia, David (the EMT), and Javier really keeps the place clean.

Big lots of machines and variety of work out set ups

Senior class aerobics is a really good class. Facility is very clean. Hydro massage is a nice perk. If you have an injury or long vacation you can suspend membership. Not too crowded.

This is my favorite gym! I go to lots of CalFit but this one is exceptional. The group of people working there are just friendly and really seem to care about my needs. I do the water aerobics and I sure wish there were more classes provided at this gym for the water! If I had anything negative to say about this club .. it would be the pool we do water aerobics in is very dirty .. there are all kinds of leaves and stuff that are at the bottom of the pool and it gets churned up when we do the exercises. And ... I haven't been to the pool after school is out lately but the last time I was there the kids were diving off the lounge chairs (not even the side of the pool) and running and jumping over people ... I hope that has stopped.
I also don't really like the app ... it is not user friendly if you want to look at all the clubs water aerobic classes offered at all clubs ... just too much to bother. I also belong to 24 hour fitness and your gyms are so much better ... but they have a much better class option on water aerobics!
All in all I am a happy camper!

The variety of things they offer

I love how it’s family oriented! Training session was great! And I love how they focus on your goal too!

The size of the pool.

The functional fitness area is my favorite and provides a variety of dynamic workout options. Although I do appreciate the amount of quite specific, almost redundant, machines, I would prefer another adjustable cable cross. Many of the other machines allow for isolated workouts that can all be done by an adjustable cable cross, without other limitations. However, I do understand that the other machines make it easier for less experienced patrons.

Clean environment

Location and Friendly Staff. Also they have racquetball courts.

Professional team members, Clean atmosphere, and Swimming pool.

The club is not too busy during the hours I am there. The manager is a hard worker but the weekend staff can't be bothered to even check a person in and two employees, I guess are needed to provide company for each other.

It would be nice if they would have enforced the masking rules. It was very uncomfortable for all of us with compromised immune system.

Also, I would like to suggest that they have a his/hers saunas. Maybe accessible from the locker rooms? The sauna is usually full and there are some men who are exercising in there.

I like the spa+unlimited tanning you provide+hot showers...

Cleanliness

Every member of the staff here is kind and courteous. I've been a member 5 years and every time I step into the gym it's clean and welcoming snd the staff is friendly.
