I recently had the most incredible experience at Tommy Guns (Legacy Township location)that I just had to share. From the moment I sat down,the barber took a personal interest in my wellbeing. We struck up a conversation and for the first time, I opened up about a health challenge I had been facing to a stranger. To my surprise, he listened attentively and offered words of encouragement and support.
Throughout the haircut, he made me feel like family, checking in on how I was feeling and offering kind words of encouragement. The service I received was exceptional, and I was blown away when the lady at the front desk told me that I wouldn't be charged for the haircut. I will never forget her words to me! I was truly touched by this generosity and kindness.
I have since shared my experience with all my family and friends, and I have no doubt that I will be returning to this barbershop in the future. The barber's genuine care and concern for my wellbeing made a lasting impression on me, and I am grateful for the kindness he showed me. I recently brought my child to the Legacy- township store for a haircut on a Monday morning. The store was very clean and we were warmly welcomed by the front desk representative, who was both polite and approachable. The hairdresser, April, was very delicate and thoughtful throughout the haircutting process. It was a wonderful experience overall.
