Dr. Brown had reviewed the notes and Labs from my provider, and took the time to listen to what has been going on and asked the appropriate questions.

This made me feel a whole lot better as it was evident that for my prior 2 visits, my primary’s notes and labs that were provided to the office had not been looked at - both the P.A. and sonogram tech thought I was there for chronic UTI’s which was definitely not the case.

On this, my first visit to Dr Scott Brown's office for an important issue, NP Julie Restis was focused, attentive and conscientious, taking copious notes; although she did not personally perform the procedure, it was handled very competently by another staffer and I got my 'pressing requirement' resolved to my immense relief. Highly recommend San Diego Urological Associates.

I appreciate the extent to which I am heard about the course of my treatment and testing and the personal approach of not only the doctors but the office staff. For example, while waiting in the lobby, a patient had difficult problems getting to and from appointments. The doctors and staff were able to get him seen by one of the doctors rather than forcing him to leave and return for an appointment that seemed urgent.

The only problem that I have seen is that there are different office phone numbers available on the web. The incorrect phone numbers are not yours, but might be worthwhile for someone to look at the sites that appear when the doctors' names or "San Diego Urology Associates" are entered into google, for example, and try to get the incorrect numbers changed.
