I like Julie's approach in that she is easy to talk to and answers your questions. She is prepared when she comes in - she had only seen me once a few months before but was up to speed on my situation. I also think she's very much in the mold of NP and PA s in my experience in that she is patient and is straightforward in her responses.

Thoroughfulness
The office seemed very busy and I felt Julie Restis was too busy to listen to my questions. The new patient questions were not clear and did not allow me to add comments..i.e. Parent information did not allow me to add that I was adopted and had no information about my birth parents.
