I like the locked in price of the kalgas propane, when you call to talk to somebody about your account, they're very thorough and very polite.
I do think they should hire more people to take care of the phones. The only problem that I have had was the wait time waiting to speak to somebody.

Very helpful and willing to work with me to get my account set and propane delivered promptly , drivers go out of their way to get propane delivered even in the deepest snow and worst road conditions, my wife and I are both disabled and last year a driver faught through the worst conditions to get propane in the tank so we didnât freeze, my wife is partially paralyzed and I wouldnât have been able to move her if we ran out and the driver had a very tough time getting up our steep driveway in deep snow but he

The First gal I was able to reach immediately helped out with as cheerful attitude and I think her name was Tricia , but not sure - she was so kind and helpful ! She was able to interrupt the meeting to get the technicians to come right away since we had our gas line cut accidentally by the internet company . The technicians were so awesome and helpful and even stayed extra and found a second leak.
