Ich durfte bei Nicole ein Bikefitting vornehmen. Durch Ihre sehr freundliche und professionelle Art vergingen die Stunden im Flug. Das Fitting verlief sehr nach meinen Vorstellungen, dies ist nur zum empfehlen, vielen Dank.

Mechaniker hat mit viel persönichem Einsatz ein Problem gelöst. Ich hĂ€tte das ganze Fahrrade entsorgen können, wenn er den elektrischen Anschluss zur Batterie nicht neu hĂ€tte verdrahten können (ohne verfĂŒgbare ERsatzteile des Herstellers). Besten Dank, grossartig.

Ich finde die Beratung und die Kundenpflege sensationell. Freitag Abend holte ich das Velo im Container etwa eine halbe Stunde nach GeschÀftsschluss im Container ab. 2 Junge Mitarbeiter waren auf Ihren MotorrÀder bereit zum Abfahren. Beide, sehr freundlich. Einer half mir spontan den Container zu öffnen.
