What do you like about our programs and activities?

Easy walk from the house. Can access classes and equipment without conflict. Small enough that if you go regularly, you can know everyone there.

Close knit community feel with a manageable number of members in and out of the center throughout the day. The experience feels very inviting and low pressure as opposed to some other locations.

I like that it is a smaller gym. I don't need all the bells and whistles of newer Y's that come with larger crowds. This is a cozy hug of a work out.

I like that you hear us when we suggest activities. Sometimes they can be be answered and when they can't we know it is not for lack of trying. Also like the different challenges throughout the year. Above all the staff is great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

While I don't take advantage of the program, it's nice to see that you offer a great selection for others. The facility and staff continue to be topnotch from Andy on down to the people who check you in. The hours are very generous for everyone wanting to use the facility. a minor complaint is the music that is played over the speakers. You might be better off with just silence.

Greatest asset is location convenience. I appreciate that efforts are being made to provide Silver Sneakers daytime classes.
